How can I download Mida?

Mida is available for iOS and Android, and can be downloaded via the button at the top of the page, or by searching for "Mida" in the App Store or Play Store

I can't log in. What do I do?

If you encounter any issues with log in, either use the contact form which can be accessed at the Log in screen inside the app, or contact us directly at support@mida.gg

I want to delete my account

If you want to delete your account, simply open the app and go into the Settings screen (the cog wheel icon in the top right). Scroll down, and press the Delete Account option. Let the process complete before closing the app to ensure all your data has been properly wiped from our database. If you, for any reason, are unable to access your account via the app, you can email us directly at support@mida.gg. We'll reach back to you regarding the process of account deletion without access to your account.

I can't find a game I'm playing

If you can't find a game you're currently playing, send us a suggestion! While adding games to your profile, click "Send a request" to suggest it. We only support multiplayer games, as the intention with Mida is to play together.

What are the requirements for making an account?

You need to be 18 years or older to be allowed making an account on Mida. You also need a Google Account, Apple ID or use your phone number for verification.

I'm being harassed / someone is making me uncomfortable

Report them! We deal with reports swiftly and have a no-tolerance policy when it comes to harassment or abuse on Mida. Having a platform where our users feel safe and comfortable has been our priority since the start. If a user you reported ends up being suspended or banned, you will receive a notice from us directly in the in-app chat with us.

What data do you keep after account deletion?

We delete all your associated data immediately when you choose to delete your account. Data security and personal privacy is as important to us as safety and comfort. We therefore delete all your photos and personal data upon account deletion. If you have active reports on your account, we keep relevant data until your reports have been handled by our moderation team. The remaining data associated with your account will then also be deleted.

Why do you only allow registration with Google or Apple?

Omitting the option to register with and email address and password combination halts a lot of attempts to create bot/spam accounts already at the door. This also gives the additional benefits of enhanced security, ease of use, and receiving a suspension or ban on an account is more consequential. 

How do I report someone?

You can report someone directly in the chat with the other user (the three dots button at the top right). You can also view their profile and find the same three dots there, in the top right. A menu will appear which gives you the option to report them. If you want to report someone when you're actively traversing the queue in hopes of finding new friends, we have the same three dots added to the bottom right of their photos. You can use this should you see any content on a profile that is offensive or abusive. We also encourage you to report users you suspect of being underage, or lying about other information, like their gender.

How can I report a bug or give you feedback?

If you find a bug or want to give feedback, go into the Settings screen in the app and scroll down to find the relevant buttons. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know!
